Customer Stories
& Web Content
B2B, B2G, tech, software, and simplifying complex topics
When I'm writing marketing copy for a B2B or B2G audience I begin by reflecting on the reader. Out of respect for the time of busy decision makers, I aim for clear and concise language, tailoring the depth and complexity to the reader's technological understanding, their goals in consuming the content, and the funnel stage they're at.
With that being said, there's an art in striking a balance between get-to-the-point succinctness and human-centered storytelling that conveys not just the what and the how, but the why as well.
Here you can read a few samples of customer case studies and website copy in English and Spanish.

Virtual & live events
Product and feature videos
In the video below you can see a brief script I wrote for the customer success team. It briefly announces and explains a new product feature to the end users, who are non-technical recruitment professionals. While the look & feel and animation style of the video were outside my scope in this particular project, the piece conveys the message clearly and effectively.
As an audience-centered copywriter, I focused the message on the most common challenges that recruiters complain about when it comes to document collection, and directly offered a solution with the advertised product.
